2025 WOMEN OF HOPE HONOREE

Heather Laureano

Celebrate her impact

Heather Laureano has had a front-row seat to the growth and impact of Traffick911 for nearly fifteen years, walking alongside the organization in both formal and deeply personal ways. As the sister of our CEO, Lindsey Speed, Heather has championed Traffick911 since its early years—cheering on every milestone, supporting survivors, and standing beside her sister as she built this grassroots movement into what it is today.

Beyond her unwavering support of Traffick911, Heather is a powerhouse in the healthcare staffing industry, bringing two decades of expertise in strategically managing physician, nursing, and allied staffing solutions. As a Division VP, her leadership at AMN Healthcare, where she helps bridge critical gaps in healthcare staffing for hospitals and government entities, speaks to her ability to navigate complex, high-stakes environments with precision and care.

Heather’s ability to lead with both strategy and heart makes her a natural advocate for those in need. Whether ensuring hospitals have the right professionals in place or standing in the gap for trafficking survivors, she embodies a commitment to service and excellence. We are honored to recognize Heather as a 2025 Woman of Hope.
